Enrolling at Milcom Institute is simple. Choose your course, check entry requirements, submit your enrolment application online (including required documents), receive confirmation with course details, and commence your training with full access to learning materials and learner support. Enrolment is available online, over the phone, or in person at any Milcom branch.

Milcom uses a blended learning model. Theory components can be completed online via the Milcom Learning Management System (LMS), while practical components are delivered face-to-face to ensure quality, compliant, hands-on training.

Weekend classes are available at all Milcom facilities. Evening classes are available for group bookings subject to a minimum of six students. Please contact Milcom for more information.

Certificates are issued via email within 24 hours of class completion. Please allow up to three business days from the day after your course concludes.

After completing the Open Registration (ACMA) training course, learners must apply through a registered cabling registrar such as TITAB or ARCS. Applicants must submit evidence of 360 hours of work experience, a statement of attainment, and meet WHS requirements. This process is explained in detail during training.

Some courses include pre-requisite units that must be completed before progressing to specific units. These requirements are outlined in the course information provided prior to enrolment.

If you have previously completed a unit of competency, you may be eligible for Credit Transfer upon providing a statement of attainment or USI transcript. Please contact Milcom for assistance.

nbn™ enAble™ is the accreditation system for workers on the nbn™ network. Workers must register online, complete mandatory training, achieve HSE and technical accreditations, and maintain compliance. Milcom is an approved nbn™ training provider offering aligned technical courses.

Payments are accepted via credit card, direct deposit, or in person. Full payment is required prior to course commencement.

Full payment is required before training commences. Learners experiencing financial difficulty are encouraged to contact Milcom administration for a confidential discussion.

Course resources are available via the student portal after enrolment. New students receive login details by email. Existing students can request login details from Milcom support.
